Celebrities will be rocking a new accessory on the 2018 Golden Globes red carpet.

The stars will be wearing all-black to support people who have experienced sexual harassment or abuse in the workplace, but it sounds like they’ll also be adding a pin, too.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, Reese Witherspoon commissioned the idea and asked her designer friend Arianne Phillips to create them.

The pin will hopefully bring awareness to the Time’s Up Legal Defense Fund, which was created by many Hollywood women to give support to people who have experienced sexual assault or harassment in the workplace.

Reese, Shonda Rhimes, and Emma Stone are just a few of the actresses who helped to launch this cause.

Arianne also opened up about when the Big Little Lies actress asked her for help.

“Reese asked me to come to the actors’ group, and told me they were going to be wearing black and would I consider creating a pin for the nominees and male presenters,” she shared.

“We were up against the holidays, but I said I could do it, and the first person I called was my partner-in-crime, [Los Angeles jewelry designer] Michael Schmidt.”

The pin they created is black with the Time’s Up logo printed on the front.

The initial goal of the Time’s Up fund was to raise $15M, but they will probably end up raising much more.

“Even though our initial goal is $15 million, this is going to be a nationwide legal defense fund to help everyone from domestic workers to farm workers to students,” she shared.

People can also donate to the fund through their GoFundMe site.
