Miley Cyrus Turns 21! All the Details from Her Wild Post-AMAs Party!

As a rule, 21st birthdays typically make for some of the craziest, sloppiest, most memorable (well, depending on how much you drink) parties around. Now add in Miley Cyrus and we’re talking a whole new kind of b-day bash.

The “Wrecking Ball” singer turned the big two-one on November 23, and her festive fiesta didn’t disappoint. After singing along with a giant computerized cat for her 2013 American Music Awards performance on November 24, Miley headed to a special after-hours celebration hosted at Los Angeles hotspot Beacher's Madhouse.

In attendance: One Direction’s Liam Payne and Niall Horan; Miley’s twerking mentor, Amazon Ashley; and a giant version of Dr. Seuss’s Lorax. Boy, can that tree-hugging cartoon figure drink. JK.

A video from the party shows the birthday girl front and center as two ladies writhe around a dance floor and...horizontally twerk? Also in the audience: several little people, two of whom E! News says dressed up as Miley and Robin Thicke from, well, you know, and other party-goers wearing masks of the 21-year-old’s face.

It all kinda sounds like a bad dream fueled by boozy birthday cake shaped like a naked Miley Cyrus with green leaves reminiscent of one of the twerkster’s favorite plants. Oh wait. She actually had one of those?

On her actual birthday, Miley went a bit more mellow sharing photos of a giant M covered in flowers and a cake layered like the rainbow. Miley had so much fun celebrating her big day she tweeted on November 25, “im depressed my birthday is over.” Only 363 days until next year’s, MC!
