3 Worst Performances From X Factor 2012 on December 5
Truth: every remaining performer on X Factor is 50 shades of fabulous. But their are only six acts left, and three of them just aren't cutting it. Mario Lopez's dimples are so stressed out that they've formed dimples-within-dimples, that's how tight this competition is. We've agonized over who the worst performers of the night were, but guys? We've come up with the bottom 3 contestants.
1. Fifth Harmony This week, our sista-friends prepped for their X Factor performance with some girly bonding like getting their nails done and talking about life, and love, and traveling pants. But their acoustic performance of Adele's "Set Fire To The Rain" didn't have any harmonies. Their name is lying to us! Luckily, these ladies saved face during Demi Lovato's "Give Your Heart A Break" — in fact, Demi said Fifth Harmony sang the song better than she did!
2. CeCe Frey We don't know what CeCe does in free time (other than painting leopard spots on her face), but keep it up, gurl. This lovely lady sounded glorious during her unplugged rendition of "I'm On The Edge" by Lady Gaga (despite Britney throwing major shade), but is her voice worth $5 million dollars? Judging from her rendition of "Part of Me" by Katy Perry, heck yeah. Unfortunately, the judges just aren't feeling CeCe. To quote Katy, they chew her up and spit her out like she is poison in their mouths.
3. Tate Stevens We can't stop won't stop loving Tate. His heartfelt rendition of "Living On a Prayer" by Bon Jovi was all kinds of inspirational, but we didn't come away from it feeling like we wanted to shroud ourselves in an American flag and paint a bald eagle on our stomach. Which was a bummer. However, Tate redeemed himself during his performance of "If Tomorrow Never Comes" by Garth Brooks, which was simply gorgeous. Much like Tate's facial hair.
