Pretty Little Liars: 5 New Year’s Resolutions Aria Should Make

New Year’s is a time for reflection and resolution, even for our favorite fictional television characters. This year, we’re helping our Pretty Little Liars out with their resolutions! Here are five resolutions we think Aria Montgomery (Lucy Hale) should commit to.

Figure out what Ezra is up to

OK, so this one is a bit ambitious considering that Aria doesn’t know what we know: that Ezra is totally “A.” But, seriously, this girl needs to figure it out because we are worried about her! Hopefully, it will take less than a year for Aria to figure out her on-again, off-again boyfriend is part of the “A” Team, and to get to the bottom of whatever is going on here. For her sake as well as ours!

Work on her art

There was a time when Aria seemed to have plenty of time to work on her photography and writing, but it seems she’s done little of either in the last season. Sure, she has been busy keeping herself and her loved ones safe from “A” shenanigans, but we hope she still has time to work on the things she loves. Otherwise, “A” has already won.

Think about her future

We’re worried about all of the Liars post-high school. There graduations can’t be that far away and, so far, we’ve seen minimal planning as to what will happen next in their lives. These girls are super talented, and it would be ashamed for their futures to be squandered because of their bestie’s fake death and the omniscience of her bully. Get out while you still can, Liars!

Visit her mother (and take her brother with her)

We’re not sure how much longer Ella Montgomery will be in Austria, but Aria should totally take advantage of it while she has a chance and plan a trip to Europe. Not only would it give her some much needed space from all of this “A” drama, but she could hang with her mom without the worry of killer bees attacking at any moment which, you know, is always a threat in Rosewood. While she’s at it, she should bring her brother along. That kid seems like he could use a little perspective, too.

Keep up the self-defense classes

Whatever happens with casual boyfriend Jake, Aria should definitely continue her self-defense classes. Aria totally fought off CeCe with her martial arts moves in the summer finale, which only proved that deciding to learn martial arts was probably the best idea Aria has ever had. We think all of the Liars should enroll!

What do you think Aria’s resolutions should be? Sound off in the comments below!
