Matt Lanter plays bad boy Liam Court on 90210, but he's a sweetheart in real life. He was a total sports fanatic growing up, spending most of his time playing baseball, football, and golf. He was a batboy for the Atlanta Braves, and he considered parlaying his passion for athletics into a career as a sports business major at the University of Georgia. But once he decided to pursue acting, there was no turning back.

Matt moved to Los Angeles around 2005 and immediately landed a guest spot on 8 Simple Rules, which led to a recurring role on Point Pleasant, a guest role on Big Love, and multi-episode arcs on Commander in Chief, Heroes, and Shark. He’s also appeared on CSI, Grey's Anatomy, and Monk, and he voices Anakin Skywalker in the animated series Star Wars: The Clone Wars. A lover of the spoof genre, he played Edward Sullen in the recent Twilight spoof Vampires Suck and starred opposite Vanessa Minnilo in Disaster Movie. Other career "highlights"? The 2009 serial killer-meets-Greek row flick Sorority Row and the 2011 thriller The Roommate.
