When one door closes, another one opens.

Abby Lee Miller, who is currently serving a prison sentence for tax fraud, has sold her L.A. dance studio space.

Amongst the drama surrounding her prison stay, the Dance Moms star put the location up for rent in May.

According to RadarOnline, the studio has officially been sold.

“No, it is not available. The space has been leased,” the real estate agent for the property confirmed.

In May, an "available for rent sign" could be seen on the back of the Abby Lee Dance Company Los Angeles studio.

“The space is available for rent. It went up for rent a couple of days ago,” the real estate agent said at the time.

But the LA branch of the company isn’t out of business.

A new location opened right down the street on Santa Monica Boulevard.

“It’s up and ready to go guys, right off the freeway,” a social media rep running the account said.

“Really close to our old location. It’s 11316 Santa Monica.”

The imprisoned reality star will not actually be able to visit her new studio for awhile.

Her prison sentence will keep her away from the new venue until she is released next year.

The 50-year-old pleaded guilty to not reporting an international monetary transaction and one count of concealing bankruptcy assets.

She was sentenced to one year and one day in prison and started her sentence on July 12.
