Abby Lee Miller might be out on the town, hitting up red carpets and partying it up, but the hard truth remains — she’s heading to prison soon.

And with the former star of Dance Moms about to be behind bars for 366 days, some major changes are afoot for her businesses.

More specifically, her Abby Lee Dance Company L.A. branch is now up for rent!

New photos from RadarOnline.com show the studio, located on Santa Monica Boulevard, is now sporting a rent sign.

“The space is available for rent,” Real Estate Agent Erica Taylor confirms to the site.

She adds, “It went up for rent a couple of days ago.”

The 8,692-square-foot space is being rented for $3.50 per square foot, or a whopping $30,422 total.

This closing could very well be attributed to the 50-year-old’s current financial issues due to her bankruptcy fraud trial.

That ruling resulted in a hefty load of legal fees, a $40,000 fine, and a $120,000 judgment.

Not to mention, she’s been hard at work trying to make some quick cash.

After the sentencing, Abby filed court docs on May 16 requesting permission to travel for work prior to her one year and one day behind bars.

“Ms. Miller is in the entertainment business, and a significant amount of her income is derived from personal appearances,” the court papers read.

“Following the conclusion of Ms. Miller’s sentencing hearing on May 9, 2017, three television shows requested that Ms. Miller appear on the shows for compensation,” they conclude.

The judge has since approved her request, and she’s been able to travel to New York this week for a number of paid interviews.

So it appears the choreographer is either downsizing to just her Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania studio, or she’s moving locations in L.A.

Time will tell!
