RHOM Star Alexia Echevarria Suing Car Insurance Company (Again)
Real Housewives of Miami star Alexia Echevarria continues to have bad luck when it comes to dealing with car insurance. After suing a car insurance company last year, Alexia is now suing her current car insurance company following her injuries from a 2010 car accident.
Alexia is suing Infinity Auto Insurance for not paying her medical bill for her injuries from the accident, reports Radar Online. The bill came to $2,928.38, with Alexia claiming the insurance company still owes almost $600, plus interest.
However, according to the Florida hospital where Alexia was treated, Alexia's policy only covered about 75 percent of hospital bills, so the hospital is asking for the lawsuit to be dismissed. A judge is set to rule on the case soon.
As you recall, this isn't the first time Alexia has sued a car insurance company. When she faced huge medical bills following son Frankie's injuries from a 2011 car accident, she sued insurance company Garcia Lorenzo & Associates last year for a whopping $2 million, claiming they didn't properly execute her policy.
We're wishing all the best to Alexia and her family, and we hope everything can get sorted out.
