Amanda Bynes House Party: Drugs and “Disheveled” Conditions?

The Amanda Bynes comeback/takeover is an official success. She's been relatively quiet on Twitter lately, but the past months of tweets, photos, blasts at the media and declarations that she's not crazy have paid off. She now has more than 1,139,329 Twitter followers hanging on her every word. Well played.

In Touch Weekly put Amanda on the cover this week, and she's probably not going to be thrilled with their story about wild parties in her apartment. The magazine's new issue supposedly has photos revealing "her disheveled living conditions, and Amanda herself atop a bare mattress, smoking a joint and obsessively refreshing her phone’s Twitter feed."

Giovanni Arnold, a photographer in her apartment at one of the “wild parties,” told In Touch there was weed everywhere, and he said she did cocaine while they were there. Amanda denied that, telling In Touch of this guy and another "photographer" who blabbed to mag, “They’re the ones into drugs, so they bring drugs, but I don’t do them.”

This Giovanni guy — who probably isn't getting a return invitation — also told In Touch, "She probably gets so high that sometimes she won’t even leave her house. One minute she’s cool and down-to-earth. The next, she’s totally different — indecisive, and she can’t hold a conversation. Mentally, she’s all over the place.”

Just 'cause she's flighty at a party doesn't mean she's "troubled" or "inviting strange men to her drug den at 2 a.m.," as the cover so colorfully puts it. A man isn't "strange" just because he's not famous — although strange would fit right into Amanda's world. She may have just thrown a party at her apartment, in whatever condition, and these "strange" guys sold her out to a magazine. Drake would never do that to her!
