Amanda Bynes's sober streak may be over.

A new report insists the former child star has fallen off her rocker after finally getting clean and sober, and could be headed for another mental breakdown.

Just when she was doing amazingly well, too!

The last we heard of the What I Like About You star was in June 2017, when she did a candid interview revealing what she had been up to since her Hollywood hiatus three years prior.

The 31-year-old admitted she was doing well; studying fashion at FIDM, giving back, and even planning a TV comeback!

More importantly, though, the blonde star confessed she was three years sober after a rough few years of drug abuse, arrests, rehab stints, and troubling tweets.

Amanda was put on both a psychiatric hold and a 72-hour mental lockdown and eventually prescribed meds for bipolar disorder and schizophrenia.

Her family was also given power over her finances, which she has since earned back.

Though she's turned her life around, she may be back to her old ways, if a new report is to be believed.

"She seemed depressed, and then anxious and erratic," a source told Radar Online of the star's recent behavior.

"She claims she is still taking her meds and is in treatment, but something sent her spiraling and now she's hanging by a thread."

The Easy A star's career is also taking a hit as a result of her mental and physical state.

"She hasn't been able to get an acting job, let alone a meeting with a producer or director, which has increased anxiety," the source added.

The All That alum's friends and family initially became concerned last month, Celebuzz reports, fearing she was headed for another mental breakdown.

Meanwhile, Amanda hasn't been on social media since she posted the above photo in April 2017, but we hope her supposed relapse isn't the reason for that!
