Amber Portwood's rumored to embark on a double book tour with her Teen Mom 2 sister from another mister, Kailyn Lowry, where she'll be promoting her explosive memoir, Never Too Late!

This gal used her book to open up about her past struggles with addiction, and is taking every opportunity to educate fans about her battle with drugs.

"It’s an every day struggle with addiction," Amber tells PopCrush. "Hopefully, one day it will get easier … it’s still really hard sometimes."

Amber manages to stay sober by surrounding herself with friends and family, and keeps her cool by listening to music. “I listen to music or drive to relieve stress," Amber explains. "It’s really good to go to twelve-step meetings, that’s really good to keep you on track also. Each addict is different and they all have different ways of coping.”

One of the ways Amber coped was through working hard on Never Too Late. “Honestly, writing the book was very therapeutic for me,” Amber says. “I did relieve a lot of the emotions and the memories, but in a way it was good for me — it felt like I was getting it out.”

Amber's book will most likely be therapeutic for many of her fans as well, especially those who struggle with similar feelings of depression and addiction.
