Teen Mom Stars React to Amber Portwood’s Release From Jail

We're still celebrating Amber Portwood's release from jail (so many Pizza Bagel Bites, so little time), and the rest of Teen Mom land is right there with us! This notorious jailbird was originally sentenced to five years behind bars, but she got out four years early on November 4 thanks to stellar behavior and being 100 percent committed to her drug-free lifestyle. Amber has been through so much since opting out of her drug court rehab program, and her fellow Teen Moms are proud of her to say the least.

"This is AWESOME," Jenelle Evans posted to Sulia. "Seriously though, congratulations Amber! I truly wish her the best of luck and think that she's turning her life around. Yes, everyone makes mistakes, but EVERYONE should be given a second chance to prove themselves."

Jenelle would know better than anyone (this infamous party girl was addicted to heroin and has been in jail more times than we can count), but Amber's less controversial co-stars are also weighing in.

Kailyn Lowry tweeted, "Congrats to Amber! Wish her a happy & healthy future!" while everyone's favorite Teen Mom dad, Randy Houska (aka Papa Randilicious) tweeted, "Good Luck Amber. Stick with #smartdecisions."

Even Teen Mom 3 noobie and recovering drug addict, Matt McCann, threw in his two cents, tweeting "If I can do it, #AmberPortwood can too."

Surprisingly, none of Amber's costars from her season of Teen Mom have weighed in on her release from jail, but we're sure Maci Bookout, Catelynn Lowell and Farrah Abraham are wishing their former BFF the best of luck behind closed doors.
