Dancing With the Stars 2013: Amber Riley’s 5 Best Dances

We said from day one that Amber Riley would rock on Dancing With the Stars, and lo and behold, she came out the Season 17 champ. Despite suffering some serious injuries, Amber remained a front runner throughout the show by blending her big personality, acting chops, and newly acquired dance skills into awesome performance after awesome performance.

To celebrate Amber's success, we've gathered our five favorite Amber performances from the season. And trust us, it was hard to narrow it down!

5. Week 1 Cha-Cha-Cha

While Amber's premiere performance isn't her strongest based on technique alone — after all, she was still in the early stages of learning — it stands out in our minds because she was so stellar for Week 1. Fun, powerful, and committed, this performance was easily our favorite of the premiere, and earned Amber an impressive 27/30.

4. Week 4 Tango

Amber was injured during Week 4, but you would never know it from this sharp, stylish Tango, which also earned her 27/30 points.

3. Week 7 Paso Doble

Amber just rocks dances with attitude. This strong, difficult, and impressive Paso Doble easily earned her 29/30 points.

2. Finals Charleston

This re-do of a dance that original got Amber in trouble was hot-hot-hot, earning a perfect score.

1. Finals Freestyle

Between Derek's legendary choreography and Amber's steller performance skills, is it any surprise this dance was so good? Perfect score!
