James Woods is just digging himself in deeper on Twitter.

Yesterday, September 10, the actor criticized a new movie about a 24-year-old’s relationship with a 17-year-old.

Now Amber Tamblyn says James hit on her when she was underage…

James was tweeting about the movie Call Me By Your Name, in which Armie Hammer plays a 24-year-old academic who falls for a 17-year-old, played by Timothée Chamolet.

The New York Times called the André Aciman novel upon which the film is based “an exceptionally beautiful book,” and now the Los Angeles Times deems the film “a powerfully erotic and affecting love story.”

James, however, retweeted a tweet about Call Me By Your Name and said, “As they quietly chip away the last barriers of decency.”

Armie Hammer, whom you’d recognize from The Social Network or The Lone Ranger, clapped back with a page from James’s own history.

“Did you date a 19-year-old when you were 60?” Armie asked in a reply to James’s tweet.

That’d be 19-year-old Ashley Madison, whom James started dating when he was 59, as E! News reports.

And when James was 66, he started dating Kristen Bauguess.

Then Amber Tamblyn entered the fray — and she has an even ickier story about the two-time Oscar nominee.

“James Woods tried to pick me and my friend up at a restaurant once,” tweeted the Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants actress.

“He wanted to take us to Vegas. ‘I’m 16,’ I said. ‘Even better,’ he said.”

Almost exactly two months ago, James enraged Twitter again when he mocked a gender-nonconforming boy.

In that incident, he retweeted a photo a mother named Lori Duron posted of her little guy with at the Orange County Pride Parade in California.

In the photo, Lori is holding a poster that says “I love my gender creative son!”

James, however, had a different take on the display…

“This is sweet,” the 70-year-old actor wrote alongside Lori’s photo.

“Wait until this poor kid grows up, realizes what you've done, and stuffs both of you dismembered into a freezer in the garage.”

At the time, it was another well-known actor — Neil Patrick Harris — who called James out on his views.

“Utterly ignorant and classless, Mr. Woods,” Neil tweeted.

“I’m friends with this family. You know not of what you speak and should be ashamed of yourself.”

James’s tweet has been “liked” 33k times as of the time of this post, though, while Neil’s defense has been “liked” 135k times. (Love wins!)

Of course, James must have a lot of time to think up snarky, arguably intolerant, and perhaps even hypocritical tweets.

According to his IMDb filmography, he hasn’t had an on-screen role since 2014.
