Judge ye lest ye not be judged, and yet new America’s Got Talent judge Heidi Klum has no problem not only rating the contestants, but also her fellow panelists. When she sat down with Matt Lauer on the Today Show, she was fairly candid when he asked her to describe her peers.
As for Howie Mandel, she called him “goofy,” saying “He just make me laugh all the time.” Watch out, aspiring comics, as she also admitted she holds those doing comedy on the show to those high standards. As she said, “I’m always judging them next to him...I’m like, ‘You’re not as good as Howie Mandel.’”
She kept it succinct when asked about Mel B., who she said is “strict but fair.”
And last but certainly not least was the King of all Media, Howard Stern, who she called “stern.” How appropriate! She did say he’s right to be that way, however. She went on to call him a “lamb behind the scenes” but she said “when the red light is on and they’re recording, then he gets quite stern.”
As for herself, the gorgeous model, who just turned 40 despite her nauseatingly flawless skin and body (not that we’re bitter), has been surprised by her honesty. Even when kids come on stage, the mother of four shoots from the hip. As she explained, “I feel like I have to though. I'm a judge, and I can't say, 'You sounded amazing,' if they didn't."
Do you think Heidi was accurate with her descriptions?
