With much of American Idol's reboot going on behind the scenes, fans are itching to find out who is going to be leading the judging panel on Season 13.

A source told The Hollywood Reporter that the Fox show is beginning to finalize deals with potential judges and a familiar face might just be returning to Idol. That would be none other than the multi-talented Jennifer Lopez, who was a judge back in 2011 and 2012.

As for what's holding her back from making the deal, one insider says it's money. Given Mariah Carey's $18 million payday and the fact that JLo only made $15 million, it's reported that her manager Benny Medina is asking for an extra incentive to come back to the show.

Other forerunners for the judging table are Season 3 alum Jennifer Hudson, Keith Urban (whose return was recently hinted about by Ryan Seacrest) from Season 12, and Will.i.am, who recently spent the last two seasons on the U.K. version of The Voice, and pop hit-maker Dr. Luke (though the source says he's pretty much out of the running).

With auditions for Idol underway, we know one thing: We want to know who the judges are going to be NOW!
