American Idol 2014 contestant Ethan Harris immediately caught the judges’ attention with his unique look and sweet singing style during his first audition, as aired during the January 22 episode. In fact, the central New York native impressed them enough to earn a ticket to Hollywood, and we know that he makes it at least as far as the Top 31.

The moment Ethan walked in for his Season 13 American Idol audition, judge Keith Urban declared him “the lost Osmond brother.” With his swooshy hair, white shirt, black vest, tight skinny jeans, it’s not too hard to see why.

Ethan immediately owned up to the fact that he’s a “a big Keith Urban fan.” He performed Keith’s hit, “You’ll Think of Me” as his audition song, even starting off the performance with a sweet “I hope you like it, Keith.”

Well, Keith did like it, and so did Jennifer Lopez and Harry Connick Jr. So now that we know Ethan has made the cut, just who is the guitar-playing cutie?

Ethan is a singer-songwriter who recently moved from NY to Nashville. He performs all sorts of music, but likes country, pop and gospel, in particular. Check him out in action by watching one of the many performances on his YouTube channel, or buying his debut album. He also has a both a Facebook page and a Twitter account, for all the social media savvy fans out there.

We still have to wait to see if Ethan will make it past the Top 31, but until then, you can help pass the time by watching him belt out the National Anthem at a rodeo. Because who doesn’t love rodeos?
