Few American Idol contestants have made an impression faster than Jordan Brisbane, a 15-year-old spitfire with whom Jennifer Lopez, Harry Connick Jr., and Keith Urban fell in love. Actually, make that 16-year-old — he made Season 13's Top 31 on his birthday!

As we saw in the January 23 episode, Jordan traveled from his home in Savannah, Georgia, to the auditions in Atlanta to perform a rendition of Bruno Mars's "If I Was Your Man" that wasn't perfect but it was enough to get Jordan a unanimous vote for a golden ticket.

"I think you got raw talent, with a lot of stuff to work on around the edges," Keith observed.

Harry, however, was a bit more direct: "Be careful when you do runs, because there are people who can do that better than you can."

According to his Facebook profile, Jordan sings gospel, R&B, and neo-soul — with influences like Jacob Latimore, Justin Bieber, Ruben Studdard, and Gerald Levert.

In case you want a sampling of his talent, check out the videos below!

Plus, the kid sounds like he has a killer baked beans recipe, telling Ryan Seacrest that his recipe includes ground beef and… whiskey? Hey, we're in!

And Jordan is set to wow us in Hollywood. "Be ready," he warned the judges on his way out. We will be, J.B.!
