It’s hard to believe that American Idol started almost two months ago, but here we are watching the contestants fight for a spot on the summer tour! On tonight’s episode (March 12), the 11 remainders contenders will show us their true artistry by taking on “Songs From the Cinema.” We’re actually more excited by this theme than we have been in awhile — so much so that we even picked our own choices for them to sing!

Next to take the stage is MK Nobilette, who’s been getting a lot of criticism from the judges as of late. Last week, Harry Connick Jr. questioned whether she even wanted to be in the competition at all. MK really needs to deliver a solid performance, one that will allow her to connect with the audience and the song. She decides go with “To Make You Feel My Love” from the movie Hope Floats, starring none of than Harry himself!

“I really loved that,” says J.Lo following the performance. “I really felt that connection. There’s a beautiful subtly to what you do.”

“You look like a star,” adds Keith. “This show is about the journey. It’s about the unveiling of artists and you see a little bit every week. There were little glimpses of who you can be as an artist once you get comfortable with this. You’re really, really good.”

Do you think MK deserves to make it to the Top 10? Sound off in the comments!
