Can you believe that in just over a month we'll have ourselves a winner for Season 13 of American Idol? We can't either, but you know what they say: Time flies when you’re having fun! After saying goodbye to the adorable Majesty Rose last week, we’re one step closer to meeting our new champion. Who will walk away with the crown? We have our guess, but only time will truly tell!

Tonight (April 2), the eight remaining hopefuls go head-to-head in hopes of winning America’s votes. The singers really have the chance to show how much they’ve grown throughout the competition, as they’ve been tasked with singing the songs they first performed in their auditions.

Third to take the stage is Sam Woolf, who — at just 17 years old — wowed the judges with his pitch-perfect rendition of “Lego House” back in Boston. Sam’s singing this song once again (this time with a slightly different approach), but will he be able to impress them just as much as he did the first time?

“The great thing is, you’re getting better every week,” says Keith. “You’ve been working on this, I can tell. You’re getting looser with the phrases. It doesn’t have to be perfect, it has to be soulful. And there’s no soul in perfection. I’m really, really happy with where you’re headed.”

Do you think Sam deserves to make it to the Top 7? Watch the video below and sound off in the comments!
