How could you say no to these faces, judges?

American Idol can still pack in a surprise punch or two, even in its 11th season. We didn’t see their surprise twist coming during the Final Judgment, Part 2, when it was announced that a guy who had been sent home would be returning to compete again. Four names were mentioned as possibilities: Johnny Keyser, Richie Law, Jermaine Jones, and (our favorite) David Leathers, Jr. So which lucky guy gets a second chance at stardom?
According to spoiler site Idol Pad, Jermaine Jones will rejoin his fellow contestants on February 28. Idol is keeping things locked up pretty tight, so we’re not sure this info is as good as Jermaine’s gospel music. The site has another possible spoiler: A girl might also get another shot, making for an unprecedented Top 26. Their best guess? Colton Dixon’s sister Schyler.
Idol, why must you make us lose David Leathers all over again? Here’s hoping the rumors are false!
