Oh yes, it’s Ladies Night! Actually, it’s ladies week on American Idol 2013, and it will be interesting to see how they measure up compared to the guys under the intense pressure of their Hollywood experience.

If the latest promo for the girls’ American Idol Hollywood Week is any indication, we are in for serious drama and whole lot of tears, most likely during the group performances. History does have a way of repeating itself!

The Idol Pad released some American Idol spoilers from the girls’ Hollywood Week rounds, and here’s some of what we can expect this week:

Jett Hermano -- original song
Kamaria Ousley -- a song by Whitney Houston (oh no, she didn’t!)
Kez Ban Sauerbier -- original song
Kree Harrison -- “Stars” by Grace Turner & The Nocturnals (we’ll see how she compares to Nick Boddington)
Lauren Mink -- “You and I” by Lady Gaga (Haley Reinhart sang this during season 10 and it didn’t go over well with the judges)
Melinda Ademi -- “Price Tag” by Jessie J.
Sarina-Joi Crowe -- “Battlefield” by Jordin Sparks
Shubha Vedula -- “When You Believe” by Mariah Carey & Whitney Houston (ballsy!)
Stephanie Schimel -- “Home” by Phillip Phillips
Tenna Torres -- “One Night Only” from Dreamgirls
Zoanette Johnson -- original song (improvised; whatever that means!)
Brandy Hotard -- “I Told You So” by Randy Travis/Carrie Underwood (this was the song that sent Micah Johnson home -- uh oh!)

The instrumentalists are as follows:

Angela Miller -- piano
Jett Hermano -- piano
Kez Ban Sauerbier -- guitar
Zoanette Johnson -- drums

Not many guys this year enlisted instruments, so it will be intriguing to see the ladies step up in a different way.

Standing Ovations:

Angela Miller (by all 4 judges; this is fortuitous, as we predicted she is going to win it all!)
Melinda Ademi (by Nicki Minaj)

After the guys’ fiascos with Maroon 5’s “Payphone,” we can only hope no one sings that! What would you like to hear during Hollywood Week? What do you NOT want to hear?
