Phillip Phillips has joined the ranks of American Idol’s most successful alumni with his latest achievement.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the Season 11 winner reached No. 1 on the Adult Album Alternative chart with “Home,” giving him five No. 1s total. It only took five months and two weeks for P2 to reach the goal, but he’s not the fastest Idol champ to celebrate this milestone.

Season 10 winner Scotty McCreery clinched his fifth No. 1 single four months and one week after he won his Idol title.

With Phillip’s debut album, The World From the Side of the Moon, dropping on November 19, we anticipate the Georgia-bred singer will be racking up a few more chart-topping singles.
