After Angela Miller’s stunning performance on American Idol last night, everyone has been looking to find a download of her amazing original song, “You Set Me Free.” While we were able to dig up a video featuring a full version of the song, it does not appear to be available on iTunes or any other music download service. However, we did find this intriguing tidbit...

While looking for music by Angela Miller on iTunes, we came across one lonely song by a performer of that name. The song is “Don’t Cry For Me Argentina,” and it is featured on three different indie compilations, Passion: 30 Unforgettable Romantic Songs, Feelings: 30 Unforgettable Love Songs, and Different Loves. The last one features two girls ont he cover looking like they’ve just been doing something naughty...

Listening to the song, it does sound a lot like the Angela Miller we heard on American Idol last night. The voice has the same soaring quality, the same gorgeous belt and powerful vibrato... but we can’t absolutely guarantee it is her. The track could actually have been recorded by this Angela Miller instead, a composer from Nova Scotia, or another Angela Miller somewhere else. It’s not that unusual of a name.

Still, if it is the Angela Miller on American Idol 2013, it would just be more proof that this girl is one to seriously watch out for in the competition to come!

Take a listen to the track here on iTunes and let us know what you think!
