New American Idol judge Jennifer Lopez is in a continuing legal battle over the threat of ex-husband, Ojani Noa, releasing video of her exposing herself in public. The footage reportedly features "graphic nudity" and shows Lopez "riding a scooter in public in Cuba, while talking to the camera and numerous bystanders, with her privates in as plain view as Paris Hilton, Britney Spears, and Lindsay Lohan have in the past," said one Noa's representative, Ed Meyer. Eeesh, and you thought your exes were bad!

Lopez and Noa were married for 11 months before calling it quits back in 1998. Lopez's infamous ex has been trying to cash in on this uber-embarassing film for quite some time, but was prevented from doing so by a judge. Noa reportedly has over 21 hours of home movie footage, including numerous images of Jennifer Lopez before she hit the big time.

Personally, we think this guy is a first-rate creep for attempting to capitalize on his ex's fame by releasing such video. Here's hoping Jennifer brings out the legal guns and sues the d-bag!
