Jennifer Lopez is a movie star, internationally-recognized singing sensation, American Idol judge, and mom of 4-year-old twins. As if she wasn’t already busy enough, the 42-year-old former Fly Girl recently launched a second fragrance and is on the verge of releasing her eighth album.

Asked about her daily inspiration, Jennifer tells Women’s Wear Daily, “My heart is what guides my whole life, and attracts me to every project that I do.” That list of projects is ever-growing and now includes, in addition to Idol, another talent competition, Q’Viva!, produced with her ex-husband, Marc Anthony.

Marc and Jennifer split in July 2011, and she says the media spotlight post-split has been glaring. “I think of myself as powerful, but not that powerful. But I’m blessed. That I know. It’s been a difficult moment as far as a transition out of a seven-year marriage into not having that anymore, and that’s not easy for me. I have my moments, I’m human. But I just get through it like any other person.”

Jennifer has recently gotten serious with her backup dancer beau, Casper Smart, 24. Casper is reportedly living with J.Lo and is often spotted out-and-about with her kids.  Speaking about her next album, her eighth, a follow-up to 2011’s Love? J.lo says, “It’s still about love,” quipping, “Maybe I’ll call it Love, exclamation point, this time.”
