If J-Lo says it’s fabulous, we believe it! After all, if anyone knows what's hot, it's Jennifer Lopez, right? So when we hear pop superstar and former American Idol judge has partnered up with NUVOtv to bring “new, high quality content” the Latino television market, we can’t wait to see what’s on tap. They certainly could not have picked a better face to present their latest programming slate, that's for sure.
If you haven’t heard of NUVOtv yet, we’re excited to be the first to introduce you to the first ever English-language television network for U.S. Latinos. The network will be announcing its new, original programming slate for 2013-14 on May 15 in New York City. Jennifer Lopez, who serves as a creative, production and marketing partner with the network, will be on hand to help promote the new shows.
“Lopez and NUVOtv executives will unveil the network’s 2013-14 programming slate and share their vision and unique blueprint for making NUVOtv the entertainment destination for Modern Latinos,” according to a press release for the event.
“In 2012, Jennifer Lopez, world-renowned actor, recording artist and businesswoman, became a creative, production and marketing partner in NUVOtv. In 2013, Lopez and her production company, Nuyorican Productions, began collaborating closely with the network on all creative elements, including programming strategy, production and marketing.”
