Now that she’s the record-holder for best-selling American Idol alum hit of all time, Season 1 winner and Duets judge Kelly Clarkson is moving on out!

According to Zillow.com, Kelly is putting her Fort Worth, Texas estate up for sale after four years of ownership. The property is currently listed at $1.495 million.

The two-time Grammy winner’s pad spans 6,880 square feet and rests on nearly 15 acres of land. The mansion has four bedrooms and six bathrooms, plus a home theater and a gym.

No word yet on why Kelly’s shedding her digs, but whoever snaps it up will be one lucky cowgirl!
