THIS ... is American Real Estate! It's not exactly a seller's market out there but, to a guy like Ryan Seacrest, losing $4 million on a house is probably like losing a few quarters in the sofa.

According to RadarOnline, American Idol's host paid $11.5 million in 2006 to buy Kevin Costner's 10,000-square-foot home in the Hollywood Hills. Ryan first listed the home two years ago and finally sold it — for $11 million, which is reportedly $4 million less than the original asking price.

Ryan is reportedly moving into a Beverly Hills home he bought from Ellen DeGeneres earlier this year for (yikes!) $37.5 million. Still that $37M was a steal — considering Ellen's home was listed at $49 million and previously on the market at $60 million.

So, yeah, $4 million isn't looking like too bad a loss right about now. #RichPeopleProblems
