There’s something about Ryan. How does he get his hair to stand up so well?
Let’s face it. Ryan Seacrest is a machine! He hosts On Air with Ryan Seacrest on KIIS-FM and our beloved American Idol, and produces the massive Kardashian reality show franchise we so can’t stop watching. But now, he’s trying something different — he’s set to co-produce a feature film with actress Reese Witherspoon.
The Hollywood Reporter broke the news that Seacrest’s film will be a romantic comedy (duh!) backed by Ryan Seacrest Productions and Type A Films (Witherspoon’s company). Grey’s Anatomy writer Krista Vernoff is slated to write the screenplay (so we already know this film is going to be great!).
We can’t say we didn’t see this coming, since it was Seacrest who spoke with THR in April about wanting to break into the film industry. Looks like that dream is becoming a reality. (And we know Seacrest loves a good dose of reality.)
