It’s finally Hollywood Week on American Idol Season 12! It’s the time when half the contestants forget the lyrics, bicker with their teammates, and then get sent home.
The guys and girls were separated this time, so we only saw the fellas in Round 1. If they made it through solo performances, they teamed up with other hopefuls for a group rendition of a popular song. With less than a day to learn new lyrics and plan out choreography, some groups shined in the spotlight while others fell flat (or sharp) on their faces.
