Wetpaint Giveaway: Win Tickets to See the American Idol Live 2011 Tour!
Summer is coming up and that means three things: sun, surf, and Paul McDonald's rose-printed suits. That's right, our Top 11 finalists are hitting the road for the American Idol Summer Tour! We can't wait to be reunited with our faves and see James Durbin's flaming piano in person. Because we love our American Idol fans so much, we're giving away a pair of tickets to each stop on the tour, which kicks off on July 6, 2011, in West Valley City, Utah. That's right, you and a friend could be watching the Top 11 perform in your hometown!
Entering our giveaway is super easy: Just send us an email naming which Top 11 finalist you're most excited to see and why. All entries must be sent by May 20, 2011. So get typing and start scheming up a plan to get backstage! (Warning: Wetpaint will not bail you out of jail for getting too "hands-y" with Stefano Langone.)

In the subject line of the email, please specify which concert you’d like tickets for. We will pick 44 winners at random and notify them via email during the week of May 23, 2011. Send us your entries now!

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
This Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, U.S. Military personnel (and their families) with APO/FPO addresses, Alaska and Hawaii, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry (void in Puerto Rico and in any other U.S. territories and possessions). Participation in this Sweepstakes constitutes entrant's full and unconditional acceptance of each provision in these Rules.
HOW DO I ENTER?
Send an email to sweeps@wetpaint.com telling us telling us which Top 11 finalist you're most excited to see in concert and why. A maximum of one (1) Sweepstakes entry for each individual is permitted for each weekly online entry opportunity. An entrant who exceeds this entry limitation will have each of the multiple entries submitted invalidated for prize drawing/consideration hereunder, and such conduct may result in the disqualification of the entrant from any and all participation in this Sweepstakes (as determined by Sponsor in the exercise of its sole discretion). All Internet access and usage charges are the sole responsibility of the entrant. If for any reason the Internet portion of the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause(s) which corrupts or affects the administration, fairness, integrity, safety or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, then Wetpaint reserves the right, exercisable at any time in its sole discretion, to terminate, modify or suspend the Internet portion of the Sweepstakes. All eligible online entries received by Sponsor before the Internet portion of the Sweepstakes becomes inoperable will be included in the random drawing described in the first paragraph under the “Prize Drawing” section below. The Prizes (or any other prize awarded hereunder) cannot be assigned, transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash; provided, however, that Wetpaint specifically reserves the right (exercisable at any time and for any reason, in Wetpaint's sole discretion) to substitute a different item(s) in place of the Prizes, such substitute item(s) to be of substantially equivalent or greater value than the approximate retail value of the Prizes.
DRAWING FOR PRIZES
During the Promotional Period, eligible Sweepstakes entries received online at the Website will create the Sweepstakes entry pool. On approximately Tuesday, May 24, 2011, or on some other date (as determined by Wetpaint) following the conclusion of the Promotional Period, twenty (20) potential recipients of the Prizes will be selected by means of a random drawing conducted by Wetpaint (or its designee) from among all eligible entries contained in the Sweepstakes entry pool. All decisions of Wetpaint regarding the Prize drawing and any and all other aspects of the Sweepstakes shall be final, binding and non-appealable. The odds of any Sweepstakes participant receiving a Prize (or any other prize awarded hereunder) will be determined by the total number of eligible Sweepstakes entries received. Such odds are equal regardless of the method of entry into the Sweepstakes.
