Jennifer Hirsh is a repeat American Idol auditioner; she was last seen on Season 9, but was cut during the first Hollywood round. Two years later, the brunette blues singer is back and a more formidable talent than ever.

Jen is a graduate of the prestigious Berklee College of Music and has already self-released a solo album entitled Myself In Two, now available on iTunes. Jen moved to New York after college, but recently relocated to the West Coast. She also works at a winery!

According to her Facebook page, Jen grew up in Agoura Hills, California, and counts John Mayer, Sufjan Stevens, Sara Bareilles, and Bon Iver among her musical influences. Jen is also environmentally conscious; in 2009, she told The Malibu Times: “Musicians need to set an example for being environmentally conscious. When we go on the road, we want to do it in a sustainable fashion.”
