American Idol Season 2 runner up Clay Aiken discusses an amendment being voted upon in his home state of North Carolina that would make marriage between a man and a woman as the only legally recognized domestic union. Not only would this bar same-sex marriage, but it puts opposite sex couples in domestic partnerships and civil unions in danger of losing rights as well.

A new season of Celebrity Apprentice starts February 19 on NBC, and "throw someone under the bus" is used approximately 27 times in this preview video. Clay Aiken, Lou Ferrigno, Arsenio Hall, Teresa Giudice, and many more are set to star.
