There must be something in the water for the contestants of Season 10, with Jacob Lusk's brush with the law as well. He had apparently gotten a citation for riding on a Metro train without buying a ticket, and when he didn't appear for his court date, a warrant was made for his arrest. He ultimately paid a fine and was given probation, but begged a judge to end the probation so he could join Idol.
