American Idol Stars Who Have Been Arrested (PHOTOS)

These American Idol contestants may have lit up our screens with their amazing voices, but they've also made headlines with some unwanted attention. 

Jermaine Jones was booted from the show when producers discovered there were outstanding warrants for his arrest. According to The Smoking Gun, Jermaine had been arrested various times over the years for infractions ranging from narcotics to "open container" violations. He may have left his season early, but he still has a close relationship with the rest of his fellow contestants. Jermaine reportedly auditioned for The Voice 2013 in February, but we haven't seen him so far on the show.

While American Idol Season 11 winner Phillip Phillips has not been arrested, as far as we know, his mom Sheryl Phillips was recently hauled off to jail on DUI charges.
