Season 12 Hollywood Week, Round 1

It’s the guys’ chance to try to impress the judges in Round 1 of American Idol 2013’s Hollywood Week.

Stepping up into his group Mo Flo, Burnell Taylor hopes he can wow the judges like he did in auditions. Though learning a new song proves to be more challenging than he expected, it certainly pays off for Burnell Taylor.

Of course, trying to get through this round isn’t exactly the best time to take a risk. Ryan Connor Smith, Devan Jones, and Devin Velez choose to go acapella for a version of Maroon 5’s “Payphone”... but at the end of the day, their risk pays off!
