One of the lucky MySpace auditions to score an in-person audition, Tim Halperin brought his J.Lo crush and his singing chops to Los Angeles. A piano player who also writes his own songs, the 23 year old didn’t get to showcase much of his talent during Hollywood Week, but the Texan advanced to Vegas; he joined fellow pianist Julie Zorrilla in performing “Something” by the Beatles.
