Before killing her live rendition of "Sorry Not Sorry," the pop star walked the carpet with Danica Roem, the first-ever transgender lawmaker who was elected to the Virginia House of Delegates last week.

"We connected because I heard her story," the LGBT ally told E! News.

An unrecognizable Xtina took the stage to pay tribute to Whitney Houston and The Bodyguard, and during the performance, the cameras panned to Pink, who looked to be cringing at the singer's rendition of "I Will Always Love You."

However, Pink later denied the claims, saying on Twitter she was actually in awe of her talent, not disgusted by it.

“Yes. THIS. Christina f—ing killed it tonight for one of our favorite singers ever. This about Whitney, and I am in awe of Christina’s talent. Show the clip where I’m in tears, you negative Nancys.”
