America's Next Top Model returns to The CW September 14th for Cycle 17, and, yes, it's the cycle we've all been waiting for — All-Stars! All the pot-stirrers, instigators, gauntlet throwers, and, well, bitches of cycles past will convene in an epic gathering of ANTM's biggest personalities to compete for the title that has eluded them: America's Next Top Model.

Tyra Banks and Jay Manuel have both said that this cycle will focuson branding. While most of the girls chosen to compete this cycle have had a decent amount of fledgling model work since leaving their respective first cycles, this season, Tyra's turning up the heat and trying to churn out a supermodel brand (aka, mini-Tyras).

The prize package for the winning All-Star (which you'll have memorized in a few weeks with Tyra announcing it every single episode) includes a fashion spread in Vogue Italia, a $100,000 CoverGirl contract, an Express fashion campaign, and a chance to be a guest correspondent for Extra — in other words, what ANTM is billing as "a career-launching" prize package.

The judging panel and mentors remain largely unchanged from the previous few cycles: Tyra, Andre Leon Talley, Nigel Barker, and the Jays are all back together. Guest judges include Kathy Griffin (hilar! We die), Nicki Minaj, LaToya Jackson (Fresh off her Celebrity Apprentice stint?), Ashlee Simpson, Tyson Beckford (hottie alert!), Kristin Cavallari (Queen Bitch of Laguna Beach, and we mean that in the most flattering way possible), rapper Game, model Coco Rocha (aka, Cycle 15 winner Ann Ward's supermodel doppelganger), creator and executive producer of CSI Anthony Zuiker, and fashion photog Nikos Papadopoulos.

An interesting twist this round is that many of the girls competing from the early cycles are well into their late-20s/early-30s — quite the game changer from the usual 18-22 set we normally see competing. Check out the list of All-Star modeltestants here. Do you think the older bunch will have an advantage or a disadvantage over the more recently featured, younger All-Stars?
