Nicole Lucas may get edited into being the token brainy girl this cycle of America's Next Top Model, as a psych major and an aspiring neuropsychologist, but her infuriatingly blasé attitude towards ANTM is already getting on our nerves, and, we have a feeling, might get on Tyra's as well.

The 19-year-old Orlando native started modeling when she was 15, and took a trip to Singapore last year for a shoot — pretty big deal compared to the I've-never-even-owned-a-pair-of-high-heels variety of ANTM contestants. Dishes Nicole, "I think that my ambition makes me stand out from the other girls. A lot of people want modeling for the wrong reasons, they want to be famous or well known but I just really want to succeed and be happy in what I'm doing."

So why jump into America's Next Top Model if she's already making a name for herself in the modeling industry? "I never thought about applying for the show before, but all my friends had always told me too," she admits. "But I was kind of against it. But as soon as I found out the prizes for this cycle I knew that I had to apply, so I did." See what we mean about the blasé attitude?

The prizes this cycle include a Vogue Italia spread, an additional spread and cover of Beauty in Vogue, a $100,000 contract with CoverGirl Cosmetics, and a 1-year contract with IMG Models. Sound familiar? Yeah, that's because all of the above were also prizes for the Cycle 15 winner (Ann Ward). Apparently, Lucas forgot to DVR last cycle, though, because when asked what she was most hoping to gain from being on Top Model, she responded, "I just really hope that I get great exposure because this season is unlike any other season before so I think it's going to create lots of great opportunities for all of us."

Except that this season is exactly like last season in every way...

Oh, yeah. Ty-Ty's gonna love this girl.
