Ever since Fifty Shades of Grey took the internet by storm in 2011, the rumor mill has been turning with dozens of celebs who should be cast as the erotic novel’s two lead characters, Christian Grey and Ana Steele.

While many actors and actresses have dismissed claims — most recently Emma Watson, who joked, “Who here actually thinks I would do 50 Shades of Grey as a movie?” — some embrace it wholeheartedly, and America’s Next Top Model runner-up Analeigh Tipton is among them.

When Wetpaint Entertainment caught up with the doe-eyed actress at the Prabal Gurung For Target Launch at New York Fashion Week on Feb. 6, she revealed that she would happily read for the role — in fact, she even went as far to say that she’d “love” to. And of course, she had to reveal her ideal Christian Grey choice, though she wasn’t picky about all of the handsome men at her hypothetical disposal.

Wetpaint Entertainment: You’ve been pegged as the lead as Ana in Fifty Shades of Grey. Would you take that role you were offered an audition?

Analeigh Tipton: Yeah. I’m assuming the script will be fantastic, so I’d love — well, hopefully I’ll get to read it.

If you had to pick an ideal Christian Grey against you, who would it be?

That is way too much of a dangerous answer — there are way too many handsome men that could be Christian Grey!

What about out of your two recent co-stars: Ryan Gosling [Crazy, Stupid Love] and Adam Brody [Damsels in Distress]?

Both? Any, any, any! Any and all.

And lastly, what are you working on now. Perhaps anything in television again?

I’m not doing anything in television … but I have a film with Richard Jenkins, Kim Basinger, and an actor named Kelly Blatz called One Square Mile, and then I did my first lead with Miles Teller in Two Night Stand, which should come out sometime this year, so I’m really excited about that!

Do you think Analeigh could tackle the role of Ana? Share your thoughts below.
