With five models left in the running to become America's Next Top Model, we found it a little odd that Tyra chose this point in the cycle line-up to do a recap show. The girls haven't even reached their exotic locale, yet (the modeltestants are heading to Marrakesh, Morocco next week)! But, this week (Cycle 16, Episode 9) marks ANTM's time change, so maybe Ty-Ty didn't want to lose viewers in the confusion.

During the show's regular 8:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. ET slot, The CW will air an encore of last week's episode ("Lana Marks"). Then, a clip recap entitled "Highlights and Catfights" will air in the show's new 9:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. ET time slot. Need a better reason to remember ANTM's new time? Think of it this way: Now the show doesn't conflict with American Idol! We know ANTM has been suffering in the ratings race, and we assume the time switch is to take the show out of direct contention with ratings zapper AI.

America's Next Top Model will return next week at 9:00 p.m. ET with all the elimination challenges and TYRA MAAAAIL you can handle. For now, just sit back with some popcorn or whatever your cheaties of choice are, and watch your favorite fashions, funny moments, and disasters from Cycle 16.
