The time may come when Tyra Banks stops firing other people on America's Next Top Model and just fires herself.

“We have 24 formats around the globe that don’t have me,” Tyra told the New York Post when they asked if the U.S. version of ANTM could go on without her. “So I would hope so.”

It's not just a hypothetical question either. “I’ve thought about turning the reins over,” Tyra told the Post. “I had to be reminded that [ANTM] is my baby. A few years ago, I was willing to give my baby up for adoption!”

Tyra said she now has a personal executive coach to help her delegate. She's less stressed and plans on producing “so much more television.”

“I didn’t produce more TV because I am so much a micro-manager, hands on,” Tyra added. “But now, I realize that in order to truly grow, I have to delegate and find amazing people that are better at it than me.”

Before producing anything else, Tyra has to get us through the newly revised ANTM Cycle 19, which includes a new judging panel she has dubbed the "Fierce Friday Foursome" in honor of the show's move to Friday.

Catch the premiere of America's Next Top Model Cycle 19: College Edition on Friday, August 24 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on The CW.
