Tyra Banks came up with a pretty irresistible way to garner interest in the upcoming season of America's Next Top Model. For this week’s round of voting (which coincides with what will be episode two of Cycle 19) on the college students set to appear on Cycle 19, the photo shoot features gorgeous new judge Rob Evans wearing nothing but a pair of black briefs in every shot.
