The girls learn they will be portraying vampires in a tub of blood in this week's photo shoot challenge. Meanwhile, back at their NYC loft, screaming and yelling escalates to an all-time high between two of the girls. Anslee and Simone faced elimination but ultimately it was Simone’s inability to push through in photos sent her packing.
