Ann Ward’s Vogue Italia Spread: Details on the March 2011 Feature

Well, it's finally here. Ann Ward, winner of Cycle 15, and the first girl to score a "high fashion" magazine spread with Vogue Italia, has finally seen the fruits of her labor ("labor," in this case just means living in a house with a bunch of girls being subjected to crazy modeling stunts). She's featured in an editorial spread in the March issue of Vogue Italia, photographed by Ellen Von Unwerth, with an accompanying article penned by Tyra, herself.

The shoot features Ann in a grimy-looking, dark hotel suite, sporting a wacky orange wig, raccoon crazy eyes, and bright red lips. In one of the photos, she's holding a microphone and we can even see her vaguely channeling Florence Welch.

Okay, so don't get us wrong; the photos are very artistic, Ann manages to werk her awkward body into kooky angles we totally buy as high fashion model poses, and her face looks great. But, if you can imagine it, Ann looks awfully skinny — even skinnier than she did on ANTM. Now, maybe they Photoshopped her (although we're pretty sure Tyra wouldn't have any of that), or maybe it's just the clothes she's wearing, but could Ann have lost even more weight? Maybe it's just us, but check out the pics and see for yourself.
