Apparently, you don't mess with Ashanti while she's trying to perform, or you'll get an earful of curse words.

The singer was performing on June 15 at the R&B Jam Series in San Luis Obispo, when she went off at her crew during a video malfunction.

She stopped the music and yelled at the tech crew, "What the f—k they doing back there?"

Ashanti halted her performance halfway through a song and ordered the video screen behind her to be turned off, according to TMZ.

The crowd cheered the "Foolish" singer as she said: "Everybody paid their hard earned money to get in this motherf—er tonight. So we are here to put on a motherf—ing show. Okay?"

A video of the explicit moment has been attained by TMZ.

Ashanti headlined the concert, while R&B legends Mario and Lloyd opened for her.

The rest of the concert seemed to have gone smoothly according to various footage caught by fans at the show.

In early 2017, she announced that the song 'Lose Yourself' will be the first single from her upcoming sixth album.

"This new song is completely different," she told the Harper's Bazaar magazine. "It's safe to say that it's very different and so dope. It's really a nice change. It's current, it's urgent."
