AshLee Frazier Finally Addresses Those Chris Harrison Dating Rumors

AshLee Frazier may be a newly-married woman, but just one year ago, she was linked to another (very famous) Bachelor Nation fella.

We’re talking about host Chris Harrison, with whom she was rumored to be dating back in January 2016. And now, we’re finally getting the scoop on what their status really was!

As we said, Sean Lowe’s Bachelor Season 17 runner-up is in marital bliss right now, after tying the knot with longtime friend and now-husband Aaron Williams in late March.

So maybe that’s why she was so open and honest about her romantic past on Reality Steve’s podcast this week.

The spoiler blogger was the first one to bring up the connection, pointing out that, during the NCAA Final Four tournament last winter, he’d reported the two were spotted at a game together.

She then confirms the two hung out that weekend in her Texas hometown!

“He had an extra ticket, he knew I was from Houston, so that’s kind of how that played out,” she details.

But were they more than friends?

“If I can really say anything, we probably did crush on each other,” the Southern belle concedes. “Did it ever go anywhere? No.”

Apparently, the two had established a friendship already during Bachelor in Paradise Season 1 — when she was paired up with Graham Bunn — and they stayed in touch afterwards.

“Chris is a good-looking guy, he’s older, he’s closer to my age,” the 36-year-old says of the Who Wants to Be a Millionaire host.

She also gushes about how “smart” and “hilarious” the 45-year-old is.

“He’s a good Texas boy,” she continues. “I think we just liked spending time together and we were friends.

“It didn’t go anywhere — I was just coming off the show, so I don’t think you can really take too much serious at that point.”

Since then, they’ve remained pals, and she still thinks the world of the Perfect Letter author, calling him a “catch.”

If anything this should be a sign for other (hopefully 30-something) Bachelor contestants — if things don’t work out with the lead, maybe you’ll hit it off with Chris!
