Don’t be fooled by the promos, people. Those evil geniuses over at ABC may have made it appear that Graham Bunn’s Rose Ceremony rejection of AshLee Frazier sends her off into the jungle — and eventually a hospital bed — in tonight’s Episode 4, but that’s not exactly the case. While someone does end up in an ambulance — and two others fall ill! — it’s not capital L… and it has nothing to do with couples drama.

As we told you before, tonight’s ep sees Lacy Faddoul get quite sick from dehydration, which lands her in the hospital. In fact, a source tells Wetpaint Entertainment that poor Lacy isn’t the only one suffering from Montezuma’s Revenge. From what we hear, Graham Bunn and tonight’s newbie, Jesse Kovacs, both were plagued with stomach issues during this Rose Ceremony in particular. This is also why we see Graham walk off — not because of AshLee issues. But more on that in a minute.

Reality Steve confirmed today that it’s also Lacy who is running through the jungle. “Editing clarification tonight: the person running through the jungle is Lacy. She's trying 2 get away from the cameras bc she's throwing up,” he tweets.

As for our fair personal organizer, what does go down with her tonight? Well, we’ve already seen the rumblings of an AshLee-Clare Crawley face-off in this sneak peek clip. Apparently, girlfriend is meddling in Clare’s relationship with Zack Kalter — in fact, this might be a full-on sabotage. And once that gets out, it doesn’t leave the best taste in the mouths of Ash’s fellow cast members.

Can’t wait to see how this all plays out!

Bachelor in Paradise airs tonight, August 25 at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.
